  • Our system is now capable of managing thousands of interactions without missing out on a single lead to provide consistent follow-ups.

“Our work with Aures, the largest Central European dealer of pre-owned cars, has been a really significant milestone for us. After incorporating a ScaleVoice sales agent into their contact center, the value of the company’s vehicle inventory reached four million euros in the span of just one month. Today, we’re facilitating more than $7 million worth of car purchases for Aures monthly, which really demonstrates the scalability and effectiveness of our product in a challenging market.”

“We have a unique success-based pricing model, which means we only make money when a sale is made at our clients’ dealerships. While I can’t disclose specific client details, we’ve seen a lot of value generated for Aures (mentioned above).”
