Align Capital Partners-backed Schneider Geospatial has acquired Bruce Harris & Associates (BHA), a GIS consulting firm focused on land records and parcel modernization for local governments. The deal is intended to deepen Schneider Geospatial’s delivery capacity for complex parcel initiatives by pairing its cloud-based parcel management software with BHA’s hands-on execution experience, particularly in parcel mapping, geodatabase design, system integration, and land records modernization.
BHA, headquartered in Batavia, Illinois, supports local governments nationwide and is known for land-records expertise and implementation work that demands rigorous data standards, disciplined project management, and sustained post-implementation support. Schneider Geospatial said folding BHA into the organization expands its ability to take on high-complexity parcel programs while maintaining service quality and accountability for public-sector customers.
Schneider Geospatial said the BHA team will join the company and align with its product and customer success organizations, positioning the combined group to support parcel modernization projects that require both modern cloud technology and experienced execution. The acquisition is the company’s seventh add-on since Align Capital Partners acquired Schneider Geospatial in June 2022.
