Neurovascular innovation company Scientia Vascular announced it raised $14 million in growth funding led by Piper Sandler Merchant Banking. This funding will enable Scientia to continue commercializing the next generation of neurovascular tools, providing new possibilities for treating a variety of neurovascular disease states for patient benefit.

Scientia is transforming the way diseases of the cerebral vasculature are treated. Renowned for transforming the industry with microfabrication, Scientia currently offers the most comprehensive portfolio of neurovascular guidewires on the market and has applied the same innovative technologies, design principles, and precision machinery to develop highly differentiated microcatheters and aspiration catheters. As Scientia moves ahead, microfabrication will continue serving as the platform for innovating technologies that more effectively address a wide array of neurovascular disease states.
