Search Minerals has appointed Jonathan Beigle as Chief Executive Officer and a member of its board of directors, effective September 25, 2026. The leadership transition comes as the company continues developing its rare earth mineral projects in southeastern Labrador, including Foxtrot and Deep Fox.

Beigle brings experience in mining industry leadership, capital markets, critical minerals investing, and corporate development.

He has spent the past six years as President and CEO of Ridgeline Royalties, a critical minerals royalty company he founded in 2020.

Before establishing Ridgeline, Beigle worked in Newmont Corporation’s investor relations organization. During his tenure, Newmont’s investor relations program received industry recognition, including IR Magazine’s 2020 Best in Sector: Materials distinction.

Earlier in his career, Beigle spent 11 years at Manning & Napier Advisors, an institutional investment management firm that oversaw up to $55 billion in assets under management.

His background also includes corporate governance and transaction experience.

Beigle served as an independent director and audit committee member of Texas Mineral Resources Corporation, where he participated in the strategic process that culminated in its sale to USA Rare Earth in August 2026.

At Search Minerals, Beigle will lead the company’s corporate strategy, capital allocation, and development initiatives as it advances its rare earth assets.

The company’s principal focus is the Port Hope Simpson-St. Lewis Critical Rare Earth Elements District in southeastern Labrador.

Search Minerals controls a mineral belt approximately 64 kilometers long and two kilometers wide, with road access, proximity to tidewater, and nearby communities.

Its principal projects include Foxtrot and Deep Fox, for which the company has completed a preliminary economic assessment incorporating mineral resource estimates.

Search Minerals also maintains four additional exploration prospects along the belt: Fox Meadow, Silver Fox, Fox Run, and Awesome Fox.

The company is developing resources containing critical rare earth elements alongside zirconium and hafnium.

Its technology development activities include a patented Direct Extraction Process, which it has continued optimizing with support from the Government of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency.

Search Minerals has completed two pilot plant operations, producing highly purified mixed rare earth carbonate concentrate and mixed rare earth oxide concentrate for subsequent separation and refining.

The company intends to continue advancing its projects while evaluating the financing and development requirements associated with future operations.

Beigle’s appointment also establishes a revised financial leadership structure.

Jason Macintosh, who served as interim CEO, will return to his role as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. He will continue supporting corporate development, capital markets activities, and strategic initiatives.

Matt Anderson, who has been serving as interim CFO, will resume his position as corporate accountant.

In connection with Beigle’s appointment, Search Minerals granted him 1.2 million stock options under its equity incentive plan.

Of those options, 800,000 will vest in three annual installments, while the remaining 400,000 will vest in eight equal quarterly installments beginning three months after the grant date.

The options will have a five-year term, with their exercise price determined according to the company’s share price on the specified grant date, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance.

Beigle holds a Master of Science in Mining Engineering and Management from the South Dakota School of Mines and a bachelor’s degree in business with a finance specialization from Liberty University. He is also a CFA charterholder.
