Searchlight Capital Partners has made an investment in Aderian Group, backing the Nordic managed IT services provider as it expands organically and through acquisitions across Sweden, Norway and the broader region.
Aderian’s management team will reinvest alongside Searchlight and remain meaningful shareholders in the company.
Aderian provides cloud, cybersecurity, AI and analytics, networking, infrastructure, digital workplace and application services to more than 10,000 small and medium-sized businesses.
Founded in 2022, the company has already grown to approximately SEK 2.5 billion in annual revenue and employs more than 850 people.
The business has scaled through a combination of organic expansion and more than 30 strategic acquisitions.
Searchlight plans to support continued investment in Aderian’s cybersecurity, AI and analytics capabilities while helping the company expand geographically.
Aderian entered Norway earlier in 2026 and now intends to accelerate its push toward becoming a broader pan-Nordic managed services provider through both acquisitions and organic growth.
The operating model combines local teams and market relationships with centralized capabilities available across the larger group.
That structure is intended to provide smaller enterprise customers with the service of locally led businesses while offering the breadth of products and expertise typically associated with larger IT providers.
Searchlight manages approximately $17 billion of assets and invests across telecommunications, media, business services, industrial and financial services.
Adelis Equity Partners, Aderian’s existing investment partner, will transition the company into its next ownership phase after helping build the platform through dozens of acquisitions.
