Secfix announced that it has raised $12 million in a Series A funding round. The oversubscribed round was led by Alstin Capital, with participation from Bayern Kapital and neosfer.

The company said the funding marks a significant milestone as it continues building its AI-native security compliance platform and expanding its presence across Europe. Secfix positions its platform as a way to transform security compliance from a regulatory burden into a growth enabler for organizations navigating increasingly complex requirements.

According to the company, regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001, NIS2, DORA, and the EU AI Act are pushing organizations beyond traditional checkbox compliance approaches. Secfix said that hundreds of organizations, including banks and multinational groups, are selecting the company as a long-term security and compliance partner.

The company expressed appreciation for its team, customers, investors, and partners, noting that the round reflects customer trust in its approach to modern security and compliance. In addition to scaling its platform, Secfix indicated it is hiring for multiple roles as it supports its next phase of growth.
