By Amit Chowdhry ● Today at 2:58 PM

SecureTech Innovations announced the nomination of Robert J. Williams, CPA, as an independent director and member of its Audit, Nomination, and Compensation Committees, completing its slate of independent board nominees as it advances plans to list on the Nasdaq Capital Market.

Williams’ appointment is expected to become effective following the company’s approval for a Nasdaq listing, subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals. His nomination follows previously announced independent director candidates Brian Zucker and Robert V. Castro, forming a governance structure aligned with public market requirements.

Williams brings more than four decades of experience in tax strategy, forensic accounting, and transactional advisory. He spent 20 years at Ernst & Young, where he served as Partner-in-Charge of the Real Estate Tax Practice in San Diego, overseeing a large client portfolio and leading a team of professionals focused on real estate and homebuilding sectors.

During his career, Williams advised the U.S. Treasury Department on federal tax regulations and contributed to guidance incorporated into policy. He also supported the U.S. Department of Justice in preparing for criminal trials involving financial institution fraud and participated in forensic investigations tied to major financial institutions.

In addition to his corporate experience, Williams has operated SXM Consulting since 2001, providing advisory services to private companies, and co-founded a hospitality group with multiple operating concepts.

SecureTech said the nomination strengthens its board oversight capabilities as it prepares for public market listing and continues to build governance aligned with regulatory standards.

The company operates as a diversified technology holding firm with subsidiaries spanning AI-driven manufacturing, blockchain-based infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vehicle security systems.
