SecureVision, a bulk broadband provider serving the connectivity needs of multifamily dwelling units (MDUs) across coastal communities in Alabama and Florida, announced it has acquired IPacket Networks and ENCO’s bulk connectivity business in separate transactions. The deals expand the company’s regional presence and position it as the largest MDU bulk broadband platform along the Gulf Coast, now serving more than 30,000 units.
Backed by private investment firm Snowhawk since 2024, SecureVision has pursued both organic growth and targeted mergers and acquisitions. With the additions of IPacket Networks and ENCO’s bulk connectivity operations, the company has deepened its footprint in key Florida markets, including Destin, Panama City Beach, and the Highway 30A corridor.
The newly acquired businesses previously operated as independently owned internet providers serving multifamily properties in local markets. Following integration, customers have transitioned to SecureVision’s fiber-fed network and MDU-focused connectivity platform. The company said its services are designed specifically for homeowners associations, condominium associations, and vacation-oriented properties, offering 24/7 local support, rapid on-site response, property-wide connectivity enablement, and proactive network monitoring.
Snowhawk, which targets majority investments in companies driving the digital transition across cloud, connectivity, and technology services, has supported SecureVision’s expansion strategy as part of its broader investment thesis.
SecureVision said the acquisitions also add a portfolio of multifamily properties and coastal condominiums across Northwest Florida, further strengthening its regional density strategy and operational focus.
