Seemplicity is an exposure management platform that consolidates security findings, prioritizes the most important risks, and automates remediation workflows by routing fixes to the right teams and tools. Pulse 2.0 interviewed Seemplicity co-founder and CPO Ravid Circus to gain a deeper understanding of the company.
Ravid Circus’ Background

Could you tell me more about your background? Circus said:
“I have 20+ years of experience in translating risk management processes to operational technology. As former VP of Customer Success and VP Products at Skybox Security, I have a unique perspective on cybersecurity management and hands-on experience with the technology required to support it. As a cloud security architect at a global 2000 company previously, I was a practitioner and experienced all the pain points that I now see from the other side of the risk management process.”
Formation Of The Company
How did the idea for the company come together? Circus shared:
“Seemplicity was founded in August of 2020, with the intent of simplifying risk remediation operations. I was telling a story to my colleagues about my cloud security architect days, when I was performing an audit for an affiliate company. It took me two weeks to simply organize data from all the different tools. The idea was born here–we decided to create the platform that we wished we had as security leaders dealing with too much manual work, disparate tools, and Excel spreadsheets. Seemplicity was born with the mission of bringing every aspect of remediation operations into one automated platform, where security teams can manage, oversee, and report on the entire process.”
Favorite Memory
What has been your favorite memory working for the company so far? Circus reflected:
“At a startup, every day is a new memory, but one of my favorites is our first sales kickoff in Madrid. The company came together for the first time, and I could feel the energy and passion in the air. This is exactly what you hope for as a founder–I saw my vision for Seemplicity come to life and was proud that others saw it too.”
Core Products
What are the company’s core products and features? Circus explained:
“Seemplicity revolutionizes vulnerability and exposure management with its AI-powered Remediation Operations (RemOps) platform. By automating and streamlining remediation processes, Seemplicity consolidates findings, accelerates risk reduction, and delivers tailored remediation plans for security, IT, and DevOps teams. The platform is trusted by Fortune 500 companies, enabling them to enhance operational resilience and build scalable security programs.”
Challenges Faced
Have you faced any challenges in your sector of work recently? Circus acknowledged:
“Yes, we’ve definitely faced challenges recently, especially around the rapid evolution of AI. It’s both a challenge and an opportunity, as organizations are struggling to fully understand how to use it safely and effectively. One customer I spoke with recently at an event admitted they didn’t even know what AI agents were, which speaks to the broader issue: this is a new potential threat vector that neither customers nor vendors fully grasp yet. There’s no clear solution at the moment, and that uncertainty is what makes it such a concern. That said, I expect we’ll start to see more defined processes and clearer answers emerge in the next 3–6 months as the industry catches up.”
Customer Success Stories
Can you share any specific customer success stories? Circus highlighted:
“One notable customer success story involves the Carlsberg Group, which significantly enhanced its cybersecurity operations by implementing Seemplicity’s RemOps platform. This solution streamlined Carlsberg’s vulnerability management and remediation processes, transforming them into a more efficient and collaborative effort. By consolidating remediation activities into a single workspace, Seemplicity enabled Carlsberg’s security teams to better orchestrate and automate their risk reduction efforts, leading to improved operational resilience across the organization. This case exemplifies how adopting innovative security platforms can effectively address complex cybersecurity challenges and drive substantial improvements in organizational security posture.”
Differentiation From The Competition
What differentiates the company from its competition? Circus affirmed:
“Most tools stop at prioritization or offer only a piece of the puzzle. Seemplicity supports your entire program, all the way through to remediation. Our RemOps platform is built to help teams move faster and more efficiently. It pulls in data from across your security stack, normalizes it, and turns it into one clear, actionable backlog. That gives security, engineering, and operations teams a centralized view of your vulnerability management program, with full context and clearly aligned priorities. Seemplicity AI adds even more value by connecting the dots across your findings, recommending fixes, and pushing them directly into the tools your teams already use. What used to take weeks can now happen in just a few clicks. We’re flexible too. The platform is vendor-agnostic and integrates seamlessly into your existing workflows, so your teams don’t have to change how they work to start seeing results. While others automate individual steps, Seemplicity orchestrates the entire process—from detection to resolution.”
Future Company Goals
What are some of the company’s future goals? Circus emphasized:
“One of our key future goals is to accelerate growth by capitalizing on the rising demand for Remediation Operations solutions. As awareness increases, driven by industry momentum, recent acquisitions, and Gartner’s expected release of a Magic Quadrant for exposure assessment platforms, we’re well-positioned to lead the category. Another major focus is expanding within our existing customer base. As organizations move away from manual, ad-hoc processes, we see a strong opportunity to grow by helping current customers scale and deepen their use of the Seemplicity platform.”
Top Stressors
What would you say are the top stressors keeping CISOs up at night? Circus revealed:
“CISOs are lying awake at night not because they lack resources, but because the pressure tied to those resources is higher than ever. According to our RemOps Report, 86% of organizations are increasing their security budgets this year. On the surface, that sounds like good news. But with more budget comes heightened expectations: greater ROI, more accountability, and pressure from the C-suite to deliver immediate results. All this stacks on top of their core responsibilities (managing critical vulnerabilities, responding to non stop alerts, and keeping already-stretched teams from burning out). It’s a double-edged sword: funding is essential to solve problems, but receiving it only raises the stakes.”
AI Features
Seemplicity recently released AI-driven features. How will these product features eliminate remediation bottlenecks? Circus concluded:
“Our new features introduce AI Insights, Detailed Remediation Steps, and Smart Tagging and Scoping, all powered by the RemOps AI Engine and backed by our RemOps Data Fabric. AI Insights replaces static dashboards with a dynamic, real‑time feed that highlights inefficiencies and best‑performing remediation workflows tailored to each organization. By surfacing bottlenecks and strengths in context, this feature empowers teams to make faster, data‑driven decisions and avoid ‘dashboard paralysis.’ Meanwhile, Detailed Remediation Steps and Smart Tagging and Scoping tackle two core operational hurdles. The former delivers asset‑specific, step‑by‑step remediation guidance aligned to existing engineering workflows, eliminating guesswork and accelerating resolution times. The latter restructures fragmented scanning data by automatically inferring metadata such as business unit, environment, and ownership, then grouping related assets in a way that mirrors real organizational structures. This ensures findings are prioritized and routed accurately, dramatically reducing manual scoping and misassignments. Together, these AI features remove ambiguity, reduce noise, and let remediation teams shift from identifying vulnerabilities to actually fixing them faster and more confidently.”
