SEI: Dave Langdale Named As Chief Revenue Officer For U.S. Private Banking Business

SEI has announced the appointment of Dave Langdale as Chief Revenue Officer for its U.S. Private Banking business, effective January 1, 2026. In this new role, Langdale will report to Sanjay Sharma, Global Head of SEI’s Private Banking business and CEO of SEI International. He will be responsible for leading sales and client service, while shaping and executing growth strategies aimed at expanding the business through new and existing clients, as well as diversifying revenue streams.

Langdale currently serves as SEI’s Global Head of Operations, overseeing the company’s global operational footprint, including SEI Private Trust Company (SPTC) and its global capabilities center in Hyderabad, India. His responsibilities span facilities management, client engagement, and strategic collaboration with leadership to integrate automation and AI for scalable operations. He also manages key vendor and supplier relationships that impact SEI’s infrastructure and service delivery.

Having joined SEI in 2002, Langdale brings over two decades of experience in financial services, with a particular focus on mutual funds and free asset movement. His leadership at SPTC, where he served as President, has been instrumental in shaping SEI’s back-office operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Peirce College and is a Certified Securities Operations Professional (CSOP) through the American Banking Association.

SEI remains a significant presence in wealth management. As of December 31, 2024, the company had processed approximately $7.1 trillion in assets on its platforms, with $1.1 trillion in assets under custody and 1.8 million accounts. By mid-2025, SEI was serving a wide range of clients, including eight of the top 20 U.S. banks, underscoring its scale and influence in the financial services industry.
