SEI entered into an agreement with Intercontinental Exchange to integrate with ICE ETF Hub, expanding the infrastructure supporting its exchange-traded product order management capabilities.

The integration is designed to support creation and redemption workflows for ETP issuers while improving the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of SEI’s ETP servicing platform.

ICE ETF Hub is an open-architecture platform focused on improving primary market workflows for exchange-traded products through standardized connectivity, automated order management, and greater collaboration among market participants.

The platform supports the creation and redemption process across ETPs spanning multiple asset classes.

By connecting to ICE ETF Hub, SEI will gain access to infrastructure intended to reduce operational complexity and support higher trading volumes as the ETP market continues to expand.

The agreement also supports SEI’s broader strategy to scale its ETF and ETP servicing capabilities over time.

SEI said the integration will give it additional capacity to respond to growing ETP assets, increased market activity, changing industry standards, and future product innovation.

The company also expects the infrastructure to allow it to focus more investment on differentiated servicing capabilities and client support.

ICE ETF Hub currently connects more than 250 issuers and more than 55 authorized participants and market makers.

The platform supports more than 1,800 ETPs and surpassed $5 trillion in cumulative notional volume processed as of the second quarter of 2026.

ICE said the platform is designed to bring more automation and standardization to ETP primary market activity while helping firms improve liquidity management and operational efficiency.

SEI provides financial technology, operations, and asset management services to financial institutions and investment managers.

As of June 30, 2026, SEI managed, advised, or administered approximately $2.1 trillion in assets.

Intercontinental Exchange operates financial exchanges, clearing houses, data services, fixed-income platforms, mortgage technology, and other market infrastructure, including the New York Stock Exchange.
