The acquisition integrates Earth Science Laboratories’ fast-acting treatment technologies with SePRO’s scientific expertise, diagnostic capabilities, and digital tools. The combined platform is designed to deliver more precise and comprehensive water treatment solutions for lakes, reservoirs, and municipal systems serving millions of residents.
Earth Science Laboratories brings established products such as EarthTec®, which is used to control algae and reduce taste and odor issues, and EarthTec® QZ, a formulation designed for invasive mussel control. These solutions are widely deployed across aquatic environments and critical infrastructure, including drinking water systems.
SePRO said the acquisition enhances its ability to support municipalities, water managers, and communities as water quality challenges continue to evolve.
