ServiceNow announced plans to acquire Veza, an AI-native identity security platform, in a move that significantly expands the company’s Security and Risk portfolios and strengthens its position as enterprises adopt agentic AI across their operations.
The deal brings Veza’s patented Access Graph technology into the ServiceNow platform, enabling organizations to understand and control who or what has access to critical systems, data, applications, cloud environments, and AI artifacts. As modern enterprises manage an expanding universe of human identities, machine identities, and autonomous AI agents, the combined platform aims to deliver end-to-end identity governance anchored in least-privilege access.
Veza’s unified approach provides granular visibility into access relationships across users, systems, and AI agents — offering capabilities such as access reviews, access requests, permission updates, and an identity access hub that legacy identity governance solutions struggle to match. Integrated with ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower and security workflows, Veza will enhance incident response, vulnerability management, and risk oversight with richer identity context.
Founded in 2020, Veza serves nearly 150 global enterprises across industries, including banking, hospitality, and consumer goods. Its 230-employee team will join ServiceNow upon regulatory approval and deal close.

“In the era of agentic AI, every identity — human, AI agent, or machine — is a force for enterprise impact. It’s only when you have continuous visibility into each identity’s permissions that you can trust it. By combining Veza’s industry-first Access Graph with ServiceNow’s AI Control Tower and agentic workflows, we can give customers a true single pane of glass, with control of every identity in their organization. Together, we’ll empower CISOs and security teams to make safer access decisions that protect their businesses, and to defend their high-value data assets from AI-powered attacks.”
