ServiceTitan: Q2 Revenue Rises 21% To $292.8 Million As Agentic AI Adoption Expands

ServiceTitan reported fiscal second-quarter 2027 revenue of $292.8 million, up 21% year over year, as the software company expanded its AI-powered platform for contractors and increased adoption of its Max offering.

Platform revenue increased 22% to $284.5 million, while gross transaction volume processed through ServiceTitan reached $26.8 billion, up 17% from $22.9 billion in the prior-year quarter.

The company’s GAAP operating loss narrowed to $27.6 million from $34.8 million, improving operating margin to negative 9.4% from negative 14.4%.

Non-GAAP operating income increased to $44.4 million from $29.2 million, with non-GAAP operating margin improving to 15.2% from 12.1%.

Operating cash flow increased to $58 million, while non-GAAP free cash flow increased to $50.5 million from $34.3 million. Net dollar retention remained above 110%.

ServiceTitan describes its platform as an agentic operating system for the trades, designed to automate workflows across contracting businesses ranging from commercial construction to residential field service and exterior services.

The company said its investments in AI are increasing organizational velocity and customer adoption. ServiceTitan exceeded its objective of doubling the number of Max locations during the second quarter and now expects to finish the fiscal year with more than 700 enrolled Max locations.

For fiscal 2027, ServiceTitan expects revenue of $1.139 billion to $1.144 billion and non-GAAP operating income of $152 million to $154 million.

Third-quarter revenue is projected at $285 million to $287 million, with non-GAAP operating income of $29 million to $30 million.
