Settle Secures Up To $100 Million Forward-Flow Financing From 3Jane

Settle has secured a forward-flow financing agreement with structured credit platform 3Jane, providing $50 million in initial capacity and expandable to $100 million.

As part of the agreement, 3Jane has already purchased $18 million of Settle’s existing loans and will continue purchasing eligible new loans from the company on a forward basis.

Settle provides inventory financing and cash flow management services to consumer and ecommerce brands. The company has originated more than $4 billion in funding for thousands of businesses across the U.S.

Its financing products are designed to help brands bridge the period between paying suppliers for inventory and generating revenue from product sales. Settle can pay suppliers upfront while customers repay the financing through extended payment terms or scheduled installments.

The new forward-flow structure is intended to make Settle’s lending model more capital efficient by allowing it to sell originated loans and recycle the resulting capital into new financing.

3Jane provides capital to fintech lenders through a revolving, tranched conduit that uses blockchain infrastructure.

The platform is designed to provide warehouse lines, loan participations, and forward-flow arrangements through its USD3 and sUSD3 products while offering economics similar to private unrated securitizations without requiring lenders to establish standalone securitization programs.

Settle’s broader platform includes bill payment, accounts payable automation, invoice tracking, procurement tools, and working capital financing for product-based businesses.

The company is backed by investors including Ribbit Capital, Kleiner Perkins, Caffeinated Capital, Stripes, Founders Fund, Citi Ventures, Activant Capital, and SciFi Ventures.

3Jane is backed by investors including Paradigm, Wintermute, and Coinbase Ventures.
