Seven Falls Launches To Scale Govtech Impact

By Amit Chowdhry ● Apr 7, 2026

Seven Falls Hold Co. has officially launched, introducing a new model to scale mission-driven software companies by combining capital investment with a structured operating system focused on measurable outcomes. The company was founded by the CEO behind Rise8 and is designed to support govtech services and product companies as they grow without sacrificing culture, autonomy, or craftsmanship.

The new holding company offers an alternative to traditional private equity and venture capital models by prioritizing long-term mission impact over short-term financial returns. It provides founders with upfront liquidity while enabling continued ownership through an earn-in structure. Portfolio companies maintain their brand, leadership, and customer relationships while gaining access to a standardized operating model and delivery framework.

Seven Falls is built around what it calls “Mission OS,” an operating system designed to measure success based on real-world outcomes in production rather than activity or output. The company also provides resources such as RiseU, an education platform designed to accelerate onboarding and improve software delivery practices, as well as community-driven programs to strengthen collaboration and culture.

The firm is targeting sectors where software performance is critical, including government, defense, healthcare, and other regulated industries. It has already begun pursuing initial acquisitions and aims to build a portfolio capable of generating $100 million in annual revenue within five years. Long-term, the company has set a goal of enabling 50,000 real-world outcomes in production by 2040.

KEY QUOTE:

“Too many organizations invest in transformation but fail to deliver meaningful results. The problem isn’t ambition, it’s execution. We’ve built a model that works, and Seven Falls allows us to scale it alongside founders who care deeply about mission impact. Healthy capital isn’t flowing in the spaces that matter most. We’re building companies that deliver software people depend on, where failure has real consequences. Our goal is simple, a future where fewer bad things happen because of bad software. Seven Falls will make that true at scale.”
