Seward & Kissel: Jacob Comer Joins As Partner In Investment Management Practice

Seward & Kissel has announced that Jacob Comer has joined as a partner in its Investment Management group, with a focus on venture capital formation and transactions. He brings extensive experience in fund formation, cross-border fundraising, and deal structuring.

Previously, Comer was on the executive committee at Novaquest Capital Management, supervising all legal matters, and spent nearly a decade in the investment management department of a major international law firm. He holds a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and a B.B.A. from Marshall University.
