Seyfarth Shaw announced that Mhare Mouradian has joined the firm as a partner in its Los Angeles Downtown office, expanding the firm’s commercial litigation capabilities on the West Coast. Mouradian joins Seyfarth from Husch Blackwell, where he helped grow the firm’s Los Angeles presence over the past five years.
Mouradian focuses on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate and commercial disputes. His practice includes leasing disputes, title and real estate fraud, easement matters, property management conflicts, and broker-related claims.
In addition to real estate and contract disputes, Mouradian has experience handling litigation involving corporate ownership, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair business practices, unfair competition, and intellectual property matters involving trademarks and trade secrets. He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in jurisdictions across the country and has experience handling jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and mediations, both in person and virtually.
Mouradian advises clients across industries including retail, real estate brokerage and investment, electrified mobility, technology, and manufacturing. Seyfarth said his addition aligns with the firm’s continued expansion of its litigation and transactional capabilities in Los Angeles.
Mouradian has been recognized as a Local Litigation Star by Benchmark Litigation in 2025 and has received an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He also serves on the Judicial Appointments Committee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and is a member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
Beyond his litigation work, Mouradian is active in the legal artificial intelligence community and frequently speaks at industry conferences. Most recently, he spoke at Microsoft’s inaugural Legal AI Summit in 2025 and has also presented multiple times at Legalweek in New York City.
Mouradian earned his JD from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and his BA from the University of San Francisco.
