Shapes: $24 Million Raised To Advance AI Native PeopleOS For Global Workforce Transformation

By Amit Chowdhry • Dec 10, 2025

Shapes, a Tel Aviv-based startup developing an AI-native operating system for people operations, announced that it has raised $24 million across its Seed and Series A rounds. Entrée Capital led the Series A financing with participation from NFX and F2 Venture Capital, which previously led the company’s Seed round. The funding will support team expansion, platform enhancements, and broader global market entry as demand accelerates for adaptable workforce management technologies.

The company, formerly known as DreamTeam, has built what it calls the first AI-native PeopleOS, designed to replace the fragmented, rigid collection of legacy HR platforms and point solutions used by organizations today. Shapes’ system provides an adaptive environment that connects HR, IT, and Finance functions, automating processes such as onboarding, performance management, compensation, payroll calculations, analytics, and policy access. The platform also allows companies to build apps and agents using an SDK, enabling them to configure workflows according to their own structures and methods rather than conforming to fixed modules.

Co-founders Arnon Nir and Shirley Baumer previously served as early team members at monday.com. Their experience building large-scale enterprise products helped inform the development of a system intended to evolve continuously alongside employers. Employees using Shapes can manage time off, clock in remotely, or access policies from anywhere. HR teams can run advanced review cycles, centralize documentation, and track insights on retention, DEI, engagement, and salary analytics in a single, unified environment.

Shapes reports that it already serves hundreds of customers across fourteen industries and seventy-nine countries. Early adopters include Quantum Machines, NextSilicon, Healthee, Arena Entertainment, and Imagen, as well as businesses in sectors ranging from manufacturing to media and professional services. With its new capital, the company plans to more than double its headcount and scale its presence across additional regions.

KEY QUOTES

“The AI revolution is forcing every organization – from large enterprises to family businesses – to rethink how it works with people, not just how it automates tasks. While most HR tools were built for predictability and permanence, we’re building for constant change. Every company has its own rhythm, and our platform adapts to it: it molds itself around the organization, not the other way around.”

Arnon Nir, Co-Founder and CEO of Shapes

“The PeopleOS category is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to redefine how organizations operate in the AI era. Shapes founding team’s experience in building scalable, intuitive enterprise platforms gives them a real advantage in leading a multi-billion-dollar market that remains fragmented and without a global leader.”
