SharkNinja’s Cooking and Beverage Appliances business generated $499 million of Q2 2026 net sales, an increase of 36.5% from $365.7 million a year earlier, as demand for the Ninja Luxe Café espresso machine and Ninja Crispi helped drive one of the company’s fastest-growing major product categories. The performance contributed to SharkNinja raising its full-year sales growth outlook to 16%-17% from its previous expectation of 11.5%-12.5%.

Cooking and Beverage Appliances added approximately $133.3 million of year-over-year sales during the quarter. The category produced roughly 28% of SharkNinja’s $1.77 billion of Q2 net sales, making products such as the Ninja Luxe Café and Ninja Crispi increasingly significant contributors to the company’s broader growth.

SharkNinja’s growth was broad beyond cooking products. Beauty and Home Environment Appliances sales increased 65.3% to $285.8 million, Food Preparation Appliances sales rose 13.3% to $458.6 million, and Cleaning Appliances sales increased 4.1% to $522 million.

Total Q2 net sales increased 22.2% to approximately $1.77 billion from $1.44 billion, or 21.6% on a constant-currency basis. CEO Mark Barrocas described the result as SharkNinja’s fastest sales growth rate since 2024.

International expansion provided another major source of growth. International sales increased 36.6% year-over-year, compared with 15.5% growth in domestic sales, as SharkNinja continued extending established product categories into new markets.

The company generated $860.3 million of Q2 gross profit, increasing 21.5%, although gross margin declined 30 basis points to 48.7%. Adjusted gross margin declined 70 basis points to the same 48.7% level. SharkNinja attributed the pressure primarily to U.S. tariffs, unfavorable foreign currency movements and increased retailer activations, partially offset by cost optimization, category and channel mix, and the expiration of a sourcing service fee paid to JS Global.

Investment in future products also continued to rise. Research and development spending increased 22.3% to $109.3 million, with higher personnel expenses supporting new product categories and market expansion, as well as additional prototype and testing costs.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 18.6% to $264.9 million, representing 15% of net sales. Adjusted net income increased 29.3% to $178.2 million, while adjusted diluted EPS rose 29.9% to $1.26. GAAP net income, however, declined 7% to $129.8 million.

SharkNinja ended June with $779.8 million of cash and cash equivalents and $489.8 million of available revolving-credit capacity, compared with $718.9 million of total debt excluding unamortized financing costs. Inventory increased 14.1% from year-end to approximately $1.14 billion.

The company also repurchased approximately 815,000 shares for $99.7 million during Q2. Through the first half of 2026, SharkNinja had repurchased slightly more than one million shares for $119.7 million under its $750 million authorization.

Following the stronger first half, SharkNinja now expects full-year adjusted diluted EPS of $6.45-$6.55, representing growth of 22.2%-24.1%, compared with its previous $6.00-$6.10 range. Adjusted EBITDA is expected to reach $1.357 billion-$1.369 billion, up 19.5%-20.5%, compared with the previous $1.29 billion-$1.30 billion outlook.

Part of the guidance increase reflects tariff refunds. Approximately $0.15 of the $0.45 increase in adjusted EPS guidance and approximately $30 million of the $67 million-$69 million increase in adjusted EBITDA guidance are tied to the expected net tariff refund benefit. SharkNinja submitted approximately $247.1 million of tariff refund claims to U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Q3, with the company planning to reinvest part of the benefit associated with 2026 expenses into areas including retail activation, media, technology and AI capabilities.

The combination of rapid Cooking and Beverage growth, continued international expansion and a significantly higher full-year outlook indicates that SharkNinja’s recent growth is being supported by both established franchises and newer product categories.

KEY QUOTES:

“Q2 was a standout performance for SharkNinja, with net sales growth accelerating to 22.2%, our fastest pace since 2024, powered by broad-based strength across our categories, geographies, and channels. This quarter was a clear demonstration of the size and durability of our core business, an area we believe is often underestimated. Our largest, most established franchises like Cleaning and Blending continue to grow through diversification and relentless innovation, and our International business delivered 36.6% growth, accelerating yet again with strong results across the UK, Europe, and Latin America.

That strength carried through to our bottom line, with Adjusted EBITDA up 18.6% and Adjusted Net Income Per Share up 29.9% year-over-year. Our steadfast commitment to solving consumer problems is resonating across the globe, and we believe the number of problems left to address is endless. We head into the second half of the year with real momentum and increasing confidence in our ability to deliver strong, profitable growth over the long term.”
