Shield Technology Partners (STP) announced its launch, with initial funding of over $100 million from Thrive Holdings and ZBS Partners. STP is an AI-based managed IT service platform that transforms technology services through investment in innovation and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

STP is launching with a foundational set of partnerships comprising four high-performing IT services firms: ClearFuze Networks, IronOrbit, Delval Technology Solutions (DTS), and OneNet Global. With funding from Thrive Holdings and ZBS, STP anticipates expanding its US network further and introducing a distinctive approach to the IT services market, enabling local businesses to access national-scale resources and world-class technological and operational expertise.

The founders of STP’s partners (ClearFuze Networks, IronOrbit, DTS, and OneNet Global) will continue leading their respective companies, overseeing day-to-day operations with the same dedication to providing the best possible customer service. And STP’s national platform will support these partners by amplifying what they’ve already built, underpinned by a commitment to preserving each of their unique identities and successes.

STP is led by co-founders Jake Sloane, Frank Zhang, and Casey Botts. Together, they are focused on growth operations, integrations, and M&A. They bring to STP an exceptional track record of building market-leading businesses in service sectors, including accounting, mechanical services, and building services.

KEY QUOTES:
