ShipBob Tops 1 Billion Units Fulfilled, Posts Record Black Friday-Cyber Monday Performance

ShipBob announced it has surpassed one billion units fulfilled across its global network, a milestone the company framed as validation of its scale and technology as small and mid-market merchants expand across online marketplaces, direct-to-consumer sites, and retail partners.

The Chicago-based supply chain and fulfillment platform said its network spans the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia. In 2025, ShipBob said it distributed hundreds of millions of units while using its proprietary warehouse management system, “Decision Engine,” and AI-driven Inventory Placement Program to reduce shipping costs and transit times for merchants.

ShipBob also reported record performance during the 2025 Black Friday/Cyber Monday period. Compared with the prior year, the company said delivery times improved by 10% following enhancements to regional sort centers and carrier management, while near-24/7 operations enabled roughly a quarter of packages to be picked up between 8 p.m. and 2 a.m. ShipBob said merchants using its inventory placement program saw a 15% reduction in shipping zones and a 16% increase in in-region fulfillment.

Over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend, ShipBob said it shipped more than 10 million units across more than 100 sales channels and retail partners. The company said top categories included beauty, health and wellness, apparel, home and garden, and food and beverage, with apparel, sports, and toys and games posting the largest volume spikes compared with October 2025.

ShipBob said it maintained 100% uptime through peak season and reported 99.99% API and dashboard uptime across 2025. The company also highlighted its cross-border capabilities, including shipment coverage to more than 250 destinations and programs such as de minimis and foreign-trade-zone warehouse solutions to help merchants navigate tariff and policy shifts. During the holiday surge, ShipBob said international growth outpaced the U.S., led by Canada, Australia, France, Germany, and Ireland.
