ShipTime Canada, a subsidiary of Paid, announced it has acquired an 80% stake in Warehowz, a North American on-demand warehousing and fulfillment marketplace, as ShipTime expands its presence in the U.S. and broadens its enterprise logistics capabilities.
The deal brings Warehowz’s network of more than 2,500 warehouses in the United States and Canada into ShipTime’s ecosystem, giving shippers additional options for storage and fulfillment capacity that can flex with demand. ShipTime positioned the acquisition as a way to help merchants and enterprise brands improve inventory placement, increase supply chain visibility, and support faster delivery through closer-to-customer fulfillment.
ShipTime said the expanded offering is designed to strengthen its end-to-end logistics platform by pairing warehousing and fulfillment with its shipping tools and courier connectivity. The company said customers will be able to use the combined capabilities to improve delivery speed, manage peak-season surges, and gain greater control over storage costs through on-demand capacity.
Warehowz’s footprint is also expected to complement ShipTime’s growing North American courier network, which includes national and regional carriers, as ShipTime continues building out last-mile options and automated workflows for e-commerce and enterprise shippers.
The companies framed the transaction as a step toward a more unified logistics stack that integrates warehousing, fulfillment, and delivery on a single platform for merchants of all sizes across North America.
