Seattle-Based On-Demand Property Management Service Showdigs Raises $3 Million

Showdigs, a Seattle, Washington-based online platform that streamlines the process of rental showings for consumers and property managers, has announced it closed $3 million in seed funding led by Trilogy Equity Partners. Trilogy managing director Amy McCullough is joining Showdigs’ board of directors in conjunction with this funding round.

Showdigs’ platform enables rental prospects to automatically schedule property tours at their convenience with a trusted broker, thus eliminating existing challenges in scheduling and providing the same benefits of self-showing without the downsides.

Unfortunately, the process of scheduling tours of rental properties has failed to keep pace and remains frustrating for both consumers and property managers alike,” said Showdigs founder and CEO Kobi Bensimon in a statement. “Showdigs transforms the property management market by combining integrated mobile technology with professional brokers, enabling property managers to vastly improve the experience of prospects while managing their business at a higher scale.”
