Sibros has raised $9 million in a growth financing round, with Niterra participating in the investment as the software-defined vehicle (SDV) platform provider looks to expand product capabilities and scale commercialization.
Niterra also said it will sponsor Sibros’ invite-only fourth annual Magic of Mobility Cocktail Reception at Spago by Wolfgang Puck during CES 2026, which runs January 6–9 in Las Vegas.
Sibros provides a production-deployed SDV management platform that unifies vehicle software updates, diagnostics, data collection, and cloud integration, helping automakers operationalize software across development, production, service, and in-field operations. The company said its platform has been used by more than 30 OEMs across more than 40 vehicle architectures.
Proceeds from the $9 million round will be used to further enhance Sibros’ software, scale commercial operations, and expand sales and marketing.
