Sidley has recruited Marissa Gluck as a partner in its Global Finance practice in New York. She joins from Latham & Watkins, where she practiced in the Structured Finance group. Her arrival is the twelfth Global Finance partner hire Sidley has made in 2026 alone.
Gluck advises banks, issuers, underwriters, investors, placement agents, borrowers, lenders, funds, and other financial institutions across structured finance, securitization, and secured financing transactions. Her practice has a particular focus on esoteric asset-backed securities — a segment of the structured finance market covering non-traditional collateral types — including securitizations involving affordable housing, fintech and startup company assets, data centers, transportation assets, and venture capital investment financings. She also advises on the development of bespoke structured finance vehicles and products.
Sidley’s Global Finance group includes more than 200 lawyers and is described by the firm as a destination practice for high-value, complex financings across a broad range of platforms, industries, and asset classes.
