Sidley: Andrew Fadale Joins New York Office As Partner In M&A Practice

Sidley Austin announced that Andrew Fadale has joined the New York office as a partner in the firm’s M&A and Private Equity practice. Before joining Sidley, Mr. Fadale was a partner in the New York office of Milbank and a member of their Global Corporate Group.

Fadale practices primarily in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), restructuring transactions, and control and non-control investments. He also counsels clients in general corporate law matters.

Fadale’s expertise enables him to navigate complex transactions across multiple industries and structures. He has also represented private equity buyers and sellers in connection with investments in the automotive, aerospace and defense, energy, financial services, manufacturing, and consumer retail sectors.

The firm’s global M&A and Private Equity practice has over 650 lawyers who are engaged in the full spectrum of public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity transactions across various industries, including manufacturing, energy, life sciences, sports, entertainment, healthcare, real estate, consumer products, transportation and logistics, infrastructure, technology, media and telecoms, financial services and insurance, and metals and mining.
