Sidley: Clive Gringras Joins As Partner At Commercial Litigation And Disputes Practice In London

Sidley announced that Clive Gringras has joined the firm as a partner in the Commercial Litigation and Disputes practice in London. Before joining Sidley, he was head of the Technology, Media and Telecoms practice at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.

Gringras is a leading international-facing contentious, AI, and transactional tech lawyer. And his practice focuses on bet-the-company litigation and technology-rich cross-border transactions, including advising on regulatory investigations and litigation, antitrust, and a wide range of AI and cyber issues.

He is acclaimed as a leading lawyer to global technology companies, has 27 years of experience, and received Microsoft’s Law Firm Leader Award. And his disputes work includes consumer defense, antitrust and a wide range of enforcement matters, IP disputes, and cybercrime. His work includes advising on large-scale licensing, collaboration, and development agreements.

Gringras has been called to give evidence to four UK Parliamentary Inquiries on spam, information security, AI and regulation of the Internet.
