Sidley: Michael Rohr Joins As Partner In ECVC Practice

Sidley announced that Michael Rohr has joined as a partner in the Emerging Companies and Venture Capital (ECVC) practice in Sidley’s office in Boston. Before joining Sidley, Mr. Rohr was a partner in the corporate practice at Cooley LLP.

Rohr represents growth-stage technology and life sciences companies from inception to exit, counseling these companies on their general corporate and strategic needs, as well as on fundraising and transactional matters.

He also counsels venture capital and growth/private equity funds, corporate VCs, and strategic acquirers on investment transactions and acquisitions. Rohr’s practice encompasses representation on both the company and investor sides, including venture capital financings, growth equity transactions, secondary liquidity transactions, and M&A.
