Sila Services announced it has expanded its presence in Ohio through the acquisition of NEOH, a home services platform that includes five operating brands plus a training academy, further building out Sila’s multi-trade footprint in the Midwest.

The acquired NEOH platform comprises Simpson Heating & Air, Bonsky Heating & Cooling, Best Heating & Air Solutions, Ultra Clean Duct Cleaning, Coblentz Plumbing Solutions, and Trade Masters Academy. Sila said the deal strengthens its market position in Ohio and broadens the range of services it can deliver to residential and commercial customers across the state.

NEOH was founded and is led by HVAC industry veterans Chad Simpson and Steve VanHorn. Sila said the group has been built over more than 15 years with an emphasis on team development and customer service, assembling a portfolio of local brands across HVAC, plumbing, and indoor air quality-related offerings, alongside a workforce development component through Trade Masters Academy.

Sila CEO Jason Rabbino said the acquisition supports the company’s strategy of scaling regional platforms by pairing local leadership with national resources, with a focus on training, career advancement, and expanded service capabilities. Chad Simpson said the partnership is intended to add resources and broaden services while maintaining the operating values of the local businesses.

Financial terms were not disclosed.
