The raise represents the firm’s largest for the Strategy to date, surpassing its 2022 vintage fundraise of $3 billion.
Capital was committed by a diversified global institutional investor base spanning public funds, sovereign wealth funds, endowments and foundations, corporate plans, insurance companies, family offices, and municipal and state pension systems across North America, EMEA, and Asia.
The Tactical Allocation Strategy provides credit solutions throughout all phases of the credit cycle, covering corporate private financing and real asset lending.
