Simplilearn, a global upskilling platform, announced a collaboration with Duke University to launch the Professional Certificate in AI-Powered Business Analysis, a 20-week program designed to prepare professionals for the evolving demands of AI-driven business analysis. The curriculum was vetted and approved by Duke University faculty and includes hands-on projects, practical tools, and an Agentic AI workshop, as well as five live online masterclasses led by Duke faculty, totaling 10 hours of academic engagement.
The program begins with BABOK v3-aligned CBAP certification live training, through which learners earn 36 professional development credits, before progressing into AI-powered business analytics using Excel, GenAI-powered SQL, and Microsoft Power BI, and then into RPA, Agile frameworks, and a dedicated Agentic AI workshop. It also includes mentor-led project support and an Agentic AI capstone focused on real-world business problems. Simplilearn cited U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projections of 98,100 new management analyst jobs between 2024 and 2034 as evidence of demand for the skills the program addresses. Upon completion, learners earn a certificate from both Duke University and Simplilearn.
