Simpro Group Acquires Delight To Add AI Customer Engagement And Drive Repeat Revenue

Simpro Group announced it has acquired Delight, an AI-driven customer engagement solution built for field service and trade businesses, as it pushes to expand from traditional field service management into what it calls an AI-first operating platform that runs a trade business end to end.

The company positioned the deal as a product and platform extension focused on turning completed jobs into repeat work, expanding service offerings, and increasing customer lifetime value through automated follow-ups and recommendations that draw on existing field service data. Simpro said Delight is already fully integrated into its platform and is available to Simpro customers globally immediately.

Delight previously served as an integration partner to Simpro, with both companies citing early customer outcomes from automated, targeted customer communication. Simpro said customers have reported gains in sales and recurring revenue in a matter of weeks, framing those results as validation of the acquisition’s emphasis on post-job monetization rather than solely lead generation.

Simpro said the Delight team will join the company and continue building AI-powered capabilities alongside Simpro’s product and engineering organizations. The acquisition is part of Simpro Group’s broader strategy to deliver a comprehensive platform spanning workforce and job execution, driven by customer value expansion and sustained profitability, supported by Simpro’s portfolio of brands, including Simpro, BigChange, AroFlo, and ClockShark.
