Hadrien has extensive experience advising direct lenders, major investment banks, private capital providers, private equity sponsors, etc. His work focuses on cross-border acquisition and leveraged finance, opportunistic credit financings and other debt financing solutions spanning all market cycles. Hadrien joins Simpson Thacher from another international law firm.
