Singlepoint Healthcare, a specialty care company focused on inflammatory diseases, announced the acquisition of Healix, a national provider of outpatient infusion management services. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Based in Sugar Land, Texas, Healix supports physician-owned and ambulatory infusion centers across the United States. The acquisition strengthens Singlepoint Healthcare’s ability to provide integrated, multi-specialty care while expanding access to advanced therapies and reducing care fragmentation for patients with inflammatory diseases.
Healix manages more than 220 physician-owned and ambulatory infusion centers nationwide, helping providers deliver critical therapies in outpatient settings. The transaction marks Singlepoint Healthcare’s third acquisition in the past year, following the acquisitions of The Boster Center for Multiple Sclerosis and IV Solutions, which launched the company in July 2025.
Through the acquisition, Singlepoint Healthcare combines its expanding healthcare platform with Healix’s infusion services capabilities to support improved patient outcomes and broader access to specialty therapies. The combined organization will continue focusing on coordinated care delivery and expanding specialty infusion services nationwide.
Healix has provided outpatient infusion management and pharmacy services for more than 35 years. The company specializes in therapeutic areas including infectious disease, gastroenterology, neurology, rheumatology, allergy, immunology, and pulmonology. In addition to clinical staffing, Healix provides physician partners with drug purchasing, revenue cycle management, and managed care support.
Singlepoint Healthcare is backed by DFW Capital Partners, a New York-based investment firm focused on healthcare and business services companies. The company provides comprehensive care for patients living with inflammatory diseases through a network of specialty care providers and ancillary services.
