Sirion Completes Majority Investment From Haveli Investments

Sirion announced the completion of a majority investment from Haveli Investments, marking a new phase of growth for the AI-native contract lifecycle management provider. The transaction had been previously announced in January.

The investment positions Sirion to accelerate product innovation, expand its global go-to-market presence, and support enterprises as they adopt AI to modernize contracting processes. The company aims to help organizations transition from static contract repositories to intelligent, workflow-driven contracting systems that embed AI directly into enterprise operations.

Sirion provides an AI-native CLM platform that helps enterprises store, create, and manage contracts with greater intelligence and control. By combining a conversational interface with specialized AI agents, the platform supports drafting, negotiation, obligation management, compliance, and post-signature workflows. Sirion currently supports more than 7 million contracts across 100+ languages for large enterprises worldwide.

Haveli Investments, an Austin-based private equity firm focused on technology investments across software, data, gaming, and adjacent industries, will partner with Sirion as it scales its AI capabilities and global footprint.
