Siris Capital Group has exercised its option to retain ownership of EQ Retirement Solutions, EQ Customer Resolutions and Lenvi following the planned sale of their parent company, Equiniti, to Bullish.
Siris had preserved the right to acquire the three businesses under its previously announced agreement to sell Equiniti.
The transaction is expected to close alongside the Bullish acquisition in January 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
EQ Retirement Solutions provides outsourced pension administration and proprietary software to major public and private retirement plans in the United Kingdom.
Its Compendia platform supports more than 10 million members and processes approximately £10 billion in annual payments.
EQ Customer Resolutions helps financial institutions and other regulated organizations manage complaints and customer resolution activity through specialist staffing and case management software.
Lenvi provides loan servicing, backup servicing and fraud detection technology to banks and non-bank lenders. Its regulated platform manages more than £100 billion in credit assets for over 150 lenders.
Siris has owned Equiniti since 2021 and has invested in the three retained businesses during that period.
Following the separation, Siris plans to operate them as a dedicated portfolio platform with additional investment in AI-enabled administration, customer onboarding and member experience capabilities.
Siris has deployed more than $9 billion in equity capital since its founding.
