SIS Appoints Patrick Orman As Chief Financial Officer

Surgical Information Systems has appointed Patrick Orman as Chief Financial Officer, adding an executive with experience scaling healthcare and enterprise software businesses.

As CFO, Orman will oversee Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Legal and Information Technology as SIS continues expanding its healthcare technology and revenue cycle services business.

Orman has more than 15 years of experience across healthcare, enterprise software, finance, product management and commercial leadership.

He most recently served as Vice President of Finance at Dynatrace, where he helped support the enterprise software company’s expansion from approximately $400 million to more than $2 billion in annual revenue.

During his tenure, Orman participated in Dynatrace’s 2019 initial public offering and helped build its corporate reporting, business finance and finance systems organizations. He also supported more than 20 quarters of public company guidance and earnings reporting.

Before Dynatrace, Orman held product management and commercial leadership positions at pharmaceutical company Sanofi, providing him with additional experience across healthcare strategy and operations.

SIS provides technology and revenue cycle services to ambulatory surgery centers, with products designed to improve providers’ operational, clinical and financial performance.
