SiteOne Landscape Supply announced it has completed the acquisition of Bourget Flagstone Co., a division of Bourget Bros. Building Materials is a wholesale distributor of hardscape products with one location in Santa Monica, California.
The deal expands SiteOne’s footprint on Los Angeles’ Westside, establishing a presence in Santa Monica and the surrounding Malibu and Pacific Palisades markets. SiteOne said the location is also positioned to support broader product availability for customers in the area.
Doug Black, chairman and CEO of SiteOne, said the company is adding the Bourget Flagstone team as it looks to strengthen service and expand offerings in the region.
Maurice Bourget, chairman of Bourget Bros. Building Materials, said the business has served westside landscaping and natural stone supply needs for nearly five decades and expressed confidence in the brand’s next chapter under SiteOne.
SiteOne described the transaction as its first acquisition of 2026, as the company continues to grow the number of markets where it can provide a full range of landscape supplies and services for landscape professionals.
SiteOne is a national wholesale distributor of landscape supplies in the United States with an established presence in Canada, serving primarily residential and commercial landscape professionals involved in the design, installation, and maintenance of outdoor spaces.
