SiteVue AI has raised $7.5 million in seed funding to expand its AI-powered video technology for manufacturing, food processing, construction and other industrial environments. The round was co-led by Penny Jar Capital and Overture, with participation from Silence, Spring Bank, Mana Ventures, Outset Capital, WaterStone and Untapped Ventures.
Founded in August 2025 and based in Nashville, SiteVue AI develops proprietary fixed-mounted and wearable cameras paired with artificial intelligence models that analyze production activity in real time.
The company’s technology monitors areas including process bottlenecks, cycle times, product defects, machine health, labor activity, machine movement, mispacks, mislabels, near-misses, injuries and personal protective equipment compliance.
Information collected by the cameras is presented through customized dashboards. Customers can also use operational data to run simulations and identify potential improvements across production lines.
SiteVue said its subscription-based system can be installed within days without requiring major infrastructure changes or disruptions to existing workflows.
The platform is designed to continuously observe products, equipment and workers in environments where high-speed production processes can make it difficult for employees to identify defects or operational issues in real time.
When the system identifies an issue, SiteVue can send alerts to workers or supervisors and, depending on the deployment, initiate actions such as stopping a production line.
The company said facilities using its technology typically increase profit margins by more than 3% within three months.
SiteVue also claims customers have achieved 10% to 20% improvements in floor efficiency, 5% to 10% increases in product quality, recovery of 5% to 10% of labor hours and reductions of up to 90% in safety incidents.
Some customers have generated returns on investment of as much as 10 times their spending on the platform, according to SiteVue.
Another major component of the technology is production traceability. SiteVue cameras maintain timestamped visual records of products, workstations and production lines.
When a quality problem occurs, manufacturers can use those records to identify the station, shift or production cycle where an issue originated.
SiteVue said this approach can reduce root-cause investigations from days to minutes, potentially helping manufacturers reduce recalls, rework and material waste.
The records can also provide documentation for regulatory compliance, audits and liability management.
SiteVue currently serves customers across the United States and employs 37 people.
The company initially focused on automotive manufacturing and food production but is expanding into industries including retail, construction, chemicals, oil and gas.
SiteVue designs and manufactures its cameras and trains its AI models at its Nashville headquarters, giving the company control over both the hardware and software underlying its platform.
The new funding will support SiteVue’s efforts to scale its technology across additional industrial sectors and geographic markets as manufacturers increasingly look to AI-based computer vision for productivity, quality and safety improvements.
KEY QUOTES:
“Our combination of hardware, software, and AI models provide real-time analysis on the line, all the time. When we detect an issue, we can instantly alert the worker or supervisor, and even stop the line, whatever is necessary to solve the problem with minimal human intervention.”
“SiteVue AI reduces waste, cost, and carbon.”
Andrew Jebasingh, Founder and CEO of SiteVue AI
“SiteVue enabled my team to know exactly what was happening on the line, all the time. Instead of pad, pen and watch, we can now look at the bigger picture and improve safety and productivity for our lines using streamline technology at our fingertips.”
Tim Romero, Plant Manager at Foster Farms
“Industrial leaders are tired of being sold one-size-fits-all technology. Andrew and his team partner with customers to deliver a solution for their specific business problems.”
Rich Scudellari, Partner at Penny Jar Capital
“At Meta, Andrew learned how to make complicated hardware feel effortless, then spent years building software solutions for enterprises. SiteVue combines both: easy-to-use cameras that give manufacturers real-time feedback to boost productivity and safety while cutting waste.”
Leila Pirbay, Partner at Overture
