SJE has acquired Wilson Controls, expanding its industrial automation and engineered control systems capabilities across New England. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2012 and based in Lee, New Hampshire, Wilson Controls provides automation and control technologies for water, wastewater and environmental applications.
The company engineers, programs, integrates and supports programmable logic controller and supervisory control and data acquisition systems.
Wilson Controls also provides instrumentation and control panel capabilities.
Its panel operations include UL 508A and UL 698A capabilities serving municipal and industrial customers.
SJE plans to combine Wilson Controls with its Engineered Control Solutions business.
The acquisition adds automation professionals and strengthens SJE’s presence in New England while expanding the company’s ability to support projects from engineering and panel fabrication through programming, startup, training and ongoing service.
