Skyline Investors: $125 Million Fund Raised For Inaugural Fund

By Amit Chowdhry • Aug 3, 2025

Skyline Investors, a Los Angeles-based private capital firm, has closed its inaugural fund at $125 million. Skyline Investors Fund I attracted a diverse group of investors aligned with its community-focused and solution-oriented strategy.

Led by Managing Partners Jeremy May and Kevin Tom, Skyline offers innovative capital solutions to underserved, high-potential businesses across various sectors, including healthcare, technology, and domestic manufacturing.

By collaborating with smaller, founder-led, and family-owned businesses often overlooked by traditional capital providers, Skyline aims to drive growth, create jobs, and stimulate local economies.

Founded in partnership with Standard Communities, a major developer of affordable housing, Skyline emphasizes both business growth and job creation. The firm is currently investing in companies with revenues between $5 million and $50 million, including Majik (rent-to-own home goods), AWI Management Corporation (property management), and Groth Pain Management (interventional pain management).
