SLAM Exploration, a Canadian resource company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, has hired John Dinan, P.Geo., as Exploration Manager to strengthen its exploration team in New Brunswick. Dinan will support the company’s search for copper, nickel, cobalt, antimony, and gold across its 56,000-hectare portfolio of mineral claims in the province.

Dinan brings two decades of experience working across Canada, including senior geology roles at Teck Resources and Syncrude Canada, followed by a position with the New Brunswick Department of Natural Resources. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Brunswick and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick. His computer and AI skills are expected to contribute to guiding exploration targeting across the Bathurst Mining Camp and other areas of the province.

SLAM’s portfolio is anchored by the Goodwin Copper Nickel Cobalt project in the Bathurst Mining Camp, where the company completed a ten-hole diamond drilling campaign in 2025, following significant copper, nickel, and cobalt intercepts from fifteen holes in 2024. The company also reported channel samples grading up to 40.5 grams per tonne gold and 63.30 grams per tonne silver from a new vein at its Jake Lee project in January 2026, and continues to advance its Menneval gold project where a soil anomaly extends approximately 3,000 meters by 2,500 meters.

KEY QUOTES:
