Smartlinx Buying StafferLink For Enhancing Healthcare Workforce Operations

Smartlinx, a leading provider of workforce management solutions for senior care organizations, announced it has acquired StafferLink, a provider of contingent staffing management software for the healthcare industry. StafferLink’s cloud-based Vendor Management System (VMS) and Agency Staffing Management (ASM) software products were purpose-built for healthcare facilities, agencies and managed service providers (MSPs)  to source, manage and pay their contingent workforce.

In total, StafferLink fills over 2 million shifts and manages over $1 billion of spending annually across more than 2,000 agencies. Smartlinx and StafferLink will be able to deliver end-to-end solutions that enable healthcare organizations to optimize their utilization of full-time and supplemental staff.

Lone View Capital backed this acquisition and follows their investment in Smartlinx in 2023. And Leerink Partners served as exclusive financial advisor and Choate Hall & Stewart served as legal counsel to StafferLink. Lincoln International served as exclusive financial advisor, Holland & Knight served as legal counsel and Ropes & Gray served as financing counsel to Smartlinx.
