Snell & Wilmer Adds Litigation Partner Anthony R. Scisciani In Seattle

Snell & Wilmer added Anthony R. Scisciani III as a partner in its Litigation, Investigations, and Trials practice in Seattle.

Scisciani joins from HWS Law Group, where he practiced for 24 years and served as Managing Partner beginning in 2020.

He represents clients throughout Washington and Oregon in complex civil litigation.

His practice focuses on construction and general liability disputes, including construction defects, worksite injuries, consumer protection matters, professional liability, fire losses, transportation accidents, and property preservation.

Scisciani also advises clients on disputes associated with the development, construction, remediation, and renovation of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.

His litigation experience includes settlement negotiations, arbitration, and trial.

He has conducted hundreds of fact and expert witness depositions during his career.

The hiring continues Snell & Wilmer’s expansion in Seattle, where the firm has been building a multidisciplinary team since opening the office.

Scisciani received his B.A. from the University of Richmond and his J.D., with a Litigation Concentration, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
