Snell & Wilmer added Anthony R. Scisciani III as a partner in the firm’s Litigation, Investigations, and Trials practice in Seattle. Scisciani joins the firm from HWS Law Group, where he practiced for 24 years and served as Managing Partner beginning in 2020.
He represents clients throughout Washington and Oregon in complex civil litigation matters.
His practice focuses on construction and general liability disputes, including construction defects, worksite injuries, consumer protection matters, professional liability, fire losses, transportation accidents, and property preservation.
Scisciani also advises local, regional, and national clients on matters involving the development, construction, remediation, and renovation of residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
His work includes helping clients manage risk and address disputes arising throughout the lifecycle of real estate and construction projects.
Scisciani has extensive experience representing clients in settlement negotiations, arbitration proceedings, and trials.
He has conducted hundreds of fact and expert witness depositions and uses that experience to develop litigation strategies and resolve claims.
The addition strengthens Snell & Wilmer’s litigation capabilities in Seattle as the firm continues expanding its presence in the Pacific Northwest.
Scisciani has also been active in regional professional organizations and regularly speaks about legal developments affecting the Pacific Northwest.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond.
Scisciani earned his Juris Doctor, with a Litigation Concentration, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
