SNH Capital Partners announced the promotion of Adam Gravitt to Principal as the firm continues expanding its middle-market investment platform.
Gravitt joined SNH Capital Partners in 2022 and has played a leadership role across several of the firm’s recent acquisitions and portfolio initiatives. The company said the promotion reflects his contributions to investment execution, value creation, and mentorship within the organization.
In his new role, Gravitt will oversee the firm’s thesis-driven investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, transaction structuring, and due diligence activities. He will also work closely with portfolio company management teams to support operational growth and value creation initiatives while mentoring junior investment professionals.
Gravitt currently serves on the Board of SettlementOne, which is part of the SNH portfolio of companies.
