Sollis Health: Concierge Urgent And Emergency Care Company Raises $15 Million

By Dan Anderson • Jul 9, 2023

Sollis Health – a category creator of concierge urgent and emergency care – recently announced its $15 million extension in Series A funding. This extension follows a $30 Million Series A round in December 2021 and it strengthens ties between Sollis and returning investors including Torch Capital, Strand Equity, Arkitekt Ventures, and Read Capital. This funding round will enable Sollis to further expand access to its patient-centric brand of 24/7 concierge urgent and emergency care across the country.

As the only service of its kind, Sollis Health has generated a 100% CAGR in membership since 2019 with annual retention rates approaching 90%. And with the closing of this funding, Sollis Health will use capital to drive further expansion with the opening of 5 additional centers with cutting-edge diagnostic capabilities through 2024. The funds will also be used for technological and product enhancements across the patient and provider experience.

A Sollis membership – which includes access to every Sollis medical center nationwide and unlimited provider visits in-center or via on-demand virtual visits, routine lab work, wound care, and even medical procedures for orthopedic and ENT needs. And Sollis also offers other first-class concierge services such as expedited referrals to its network of top specialists, care coordination, travel medicine, and VIP hospital services. For an additional fee, Sollis offers onsite advanced imaging and its signature house call service, available in New York, the Hamptons, Los Angeles, the Bay Area, and South Florida.

To date, Sollis raised over $53 million in equity to provide members with 24/7, on-demand medical care.
