“Born and raised in New Jersey, I attended college outside of Philadelphia at Ursinus College and was a Honors Economics Graduate. I have spent the last 20 + years in progressive sales and leadership roles developing a powerful collection of experiences, learnings and perspectives in the professional services and human capital industries. I am passionate about creating and executing effective growth strategies that leverage technology and collaboration across the organization and business units to surpass market expectations. I pride myself on being an operationally focused and inclusive leader who recognizes that people are the most influential and critical asset that any organization has.”

Have you faced any challenges in your sector of work recently? Gulnac acknowledged:
“We are always facing some sort of challenge in our business; economic uncertainty, political changes in policy and regime intentions, and the rapid advancement in technology to name a few. Our ability to overcome the obstacles we face today and those unseen that we will face tomorrow stems from our agility. As an organization, SEG is agile. We have information systems and managerial structures that enable our teams to make quick but informed decisions. We have a culture that is agile. We can adapt and adjust our activity efforts to meet a change in strategy and we communicate forums to ensure the message is heard and understood.”

How has the company’s technology evolved since launching? Gulnac noted:
“In the last 12 months alone, we have made massive strides in our technology stack. Our vision of a unified tech stack that aligns workflows with accurate data from our CRM through our GL and leverages automation and appropriate AI to streamline processes is becoming a reality. We implement and adopt new technology tools to improve our Employee, Client and Consultant experience. It is critical that we keep evolving, continue learning and leverage our ability to effectively use technology as a competitive advantage.”
