Solstice: $21 Million Series A Raised To Accelerate Pharma Commercialization

Solstice, an AI-native marketing agency focused on accelerating pharma commercialization, announced it has raised $21 million in Series A funding led by Transformation Capital with participation from Twelve Below, Virtue Ventures, and others. The funding round brings the company’s total funding to approximately $25 million.

The new capital will support go-to-market expansion, product development, and team growth across product and customer-facing functions.

Solstice is focused on helping life sciences companies accelerate the commercialization of new drugs and medical products. The company said pharmaceutical commercialization remains heavily burdened by lengthy medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review cycles, with even routine marketing assets often taking months to gain approval.

The company’s platform ingests clinical data, FDA documents, and approved literature to generate compliant marketing campaigns, digital ads, and communications for healthcare providers and patients. Solstice combines proprietary pharmaceutical marketing AI models with in-house subject matter experts to review and optimize content before it reaches regulatory teams.

According to the company, customers are able to launch campaigns 12 times faster than through traditional agencies, with content moving from concept to MLR submission in under 48 hours and becoming market-ready in roughly 10 days. Solstice also said customers are producing nearly three times more content per quarter while reducing average MLR review rounds from 3.2 to 1.2.

The company added that it now serves more than a dozen pharmaceutical companies, including several top 20 pharmaceutical brands across oncology, immunology, and metabolic diseases.
